Founder, Mario J. Gonzales, has always had great respect and passion for culinary arts, true foodies. He and his son, Alex R. Gonzales, with very little more than a dream, some great people and a lot of hard work, secured its first location, an iconic corner in downtown palm springs and officially opened its doors on May 22, 2019.

El Patrón Crafted Taco's and Drinks, inspired by its family roots of authentic Mexican Tacquero's rooted in Mexico City, Mexico, crafting Mexican traditional street food from scratch since its first Taco Stand in 1970, with now over seven locations across Mexico City owned and operated by its family members, lead by the family Patriarch Jose Louis Garcia Gonzalez.
